1. Verify Your Photo Code Entry
- Ensure that all letters and numbers are entered exactly as they appear on your reference card from the location.
- Double-check that there are no spaces or extra characters in the code.
2. Online Purchase Redemption Issues
- If you purchased your digital photos online at PGIPhotos.com and receive an invalid photo ID error, your purchased images were emailed to you.
- Check your spam/junk folder for an email from no-reply@pgiphotos.com containing your digital photos.
- Please note: Online purchases do not provide additional access to view photos on the website after purchase.
