If You Purchased at the Venue:
- If you see a "Photo Number Invalid" error, please click the Support button to request assistance.
- Please attach a copy of your receipt for our review
If You Purchased Online:
- Check your spam/junk folder for an email from no-reply@pgiphotos.com containing your digital purchase.
- If you still do not see the email, please click the Support button for further assistance.
- Please attach a copy of your receipt for our review
